The hotel offers very comfortable rooms with modern amenities and sea views. However, there was a slight unpleasant smell, unfinished building work, and cleanliness issues with the fridge. The staff was helpful and friendly but lacked English and good customer service skills. The location is excellent, being near the beach and walking street, although there were some minor inconveniences with walk-in clients from the street. The dining experience is good with available options around the area. Overall, a great location with some room for improvement.
I loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were very comfortable with all modern conveniences and fantastic sea views, and at 950B a night, it was a great deal for Pattaya. Being on the top floors was a bonus, and the location near the beach and Walking Street was perfect for my needs.
